• Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) (Monday – Friday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT or during weekends/holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
• Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
• Transit Time: 3–5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–7 Business Days across the United States.

Section 5 - Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• 14-Day Returns: We offer a transparent 14-day return policy for eligible items in unused and original condition with packaging.
• Zero Fees: We charge $0.00 Restocking Fee and cover return shipping for approved returns by providing a prepaid return label.
• Refund Timeline: Once inspected and approved at our San Marino facility, refunds are issued directly back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
